Studio Policies: If you need to cancel your appointment we require cancellations to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time 50% of the service fee will be charged to you. Any cancellations within 24 hours, same day or no shows, and arriving 15 minutes late or more to your appointment will be charged a fee of the entire service cost. Our time is valuable and we have to put these policies into place to protect the business.

3 or more consecutive cancellations or appointments rescheduled will result in a non refundable deposit for future appointments and possible termination as a client. As a small business, we have to prioritize our employee’s time and protect their income. 

Please remember to avoid using any active products including alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acid, benzoyl peroxide, retin-A, retinols, tretinoin, any other exfoliants or acids and sun exposure 3 days prior to your facial treatment. Additionally, if you are ill, experiencing any cold sores, open wounds or skin infections please contact us immediately.

Due to liability and safety reasons no outside pets, guests or children are allowed at appointments.

Finally, please note that Colorado is subject to inclement weather. Unless otherwise communicated, your appointment will not be canceled due to weather. Please plan ahead.
