ORDER PICK-UPS

We offer order pick-up at our Denver location. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Pickup hours are limited and by appointment only during the week. Please book a pick-up appointment here.

If pickup is not arranged within 14 days of the order, your order will be refunded. If you'd like your order pick up to be shipped, please contact us at hello@revskinandwellness.com with your Order number within 14 days of placing your order.

SHIPPING

We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $10. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. United States orders ship via USPS and take 1–4 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

TRACKING

Tracking information for orders will be provided via email once the product is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our small business and the products we offer, we have an ALL SALES FINAL policy, with one exception: if you experience an allergic reaction, we're happy to help. We'll require photos taken the day of the reaction for our assessment, and we'll require you to ship the product back to our studio. In this event you may be required to cover shipping costs and restocking fees.
